Nannies Wanted for International Conference in Malmö

We are currently looking for four experienced, warm, and professional English-speaking Event Nannies to join our team for an international conference at Malmö Arena on September 8-12. 

Your working hours are approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM each day and you and the other nannies will take care of 8–10 children per day, ranging from infants to around 7 years old.

During the conference, you will provide a safe, fun, and engaging childcare service for the children of conference attendees. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced childcare professionals who enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment.  The children will have access to a dedicated childcare room within the venue that is reserved exclusively for the childcare team and participating families.

Your responsibilities:

• Providing attentive, high-quality care for infants and young children
• Organizing age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, and creative play
• Supervising free play and ensuring children’s safety at all times
• Assisting with meals, snacks, diaper changes, naps, and general routines
• Communicating professionally with parents and the childcare coordinator in English
• Working collaboratively with the rest of the childcare team

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous experience caring for infants and young children
• Speaks fluent English 
• Is responsible, patient, energetic, and reliable
• Enjoys planning creative activities and engaging children of different ages
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Has a professional and positive attitude

Meritorious Qualifications:

• First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience as a nanny, preschool teacher, childcare worker, or children’s activity leader
• Previous experience working at events, conferences, hotels, or international childcare settings
