About the Service

VivBon AB offers cleaning and household services to companies. VivBon holds an F-tax certificate and pays VAT and pays taxes and social security contributions. VivBon also pays occupational pensions to its employees via Fora. VivBon AB has a liability insurance for accidents and injuries during work shifts that covers damages for 10 000 000 with Trygg-Hansa. The employees have accident insurance via Fora. If a RUT deduction is to be made, the service must be performed at home or alternatively start or end in connection with the home. RUT deductions are made directly upon purchase and are 50% of the sum for working hours. Any additional costs such as travel, materials and the like are not included in the RUT deduction. RUT means that the client can make a RUT deduction of SEK 75 000 / year. If the client exceeds the amount of SEK 75 000 per year, the client can transfer the exceeded amount to another person in the same household. If this does not work, VivBon AB will demand the exceeded amount.

Types of service

Our services are per hour.
Bookings are made on an ongoing basis and the minimum is 10 hours per month, 3 hours / occasion.
Booking is paid against invoice.

Holiday weekend
These days are counted as major holidays:
Midsummer evening, midsummer day and Sunday after midsummer
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the second day of Christmas
New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
Good Friday, Easter Eve, Easter Sunday and the second day of Easter
Pentecost and Pentecost

Prices without RUT deduction apply to companies.

For full-time / part-time, are the following discounts are offered: 

80 h / month - 10%
160 h / month - 15%

Bonding time and notice
For current monthly customers, one month's notice period applies. Cancellation must be made 24 hours before the booked opportunity. If cancellation occurs later, the booking will be invoiced or, if prepaid, will not be refunded.

Secrecy

Our employees have signed a confidentiality agreement so the client's privacy is protected from outsiders and
general information is protected by PUL.
VivBon undertakes to, and undertakes to bind each consultant to, during the term of the assignment and
thereafter, process all information obtained from or arising out of collaboration with
client confidential,
a. to ensure that such information does not come through VivBon or for whom VivBon is responsible
man's knowledge, and
b. not to use or allow others to use such information for any purpose other than what
follows from this agreement unless the client has given written permission to do so.
This refers to any information - technical, commercial or of any other kind - regardless of the information
documented or not, with the exception of
a. information, which is generally known or comes to public knowledge in other ways than through crime
from VivBon against the content of this agreement;
b. information, which VivBon can show that he already knew before receiving it from the client;
c. information, which VivBon has received or will receive from third parties without being bound by
duty of confidentiality in relation to him.

Processing of personal data according to GDPR

VivBon is responsible for the use of your personal data and is responsible for its use in accordance with applicable legislation.

Payment and invoicing

Current monthly customers are invoiced monthly.

Extension of booked time

For current monthly customers, the extended time is invoiced on the next invoice.

The client pays via invoice

The agreement's duration

The agreement can be terminated by both parties under the heading "Binding period and termination." above. Should the client be dissatisfied with the staff, the client will be replaced with another staff member or as agreed.

Force majeure

External events beyond the control of the parties and which are not only of a temporary nature and which prevent the execution of the assignment entitle each party to cancel the assignment completely without the right to damages for the other party.

Dispute Arbitration Institute / General Court (Optional)

Dispute Arbitration Institute

Swedish law shall apply to this agreement. Disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by
arbitration in accordance with the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce's Arbitration Institute's Rules for simplified arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Stockholm. Confidentiality shall apply to the arbitration and decision.

Dispute General Court

Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in a general court.
